Before becoming a Media Specialist I taught 6th grade language arts for 2 years and 4th grade for 5 years. I was was honored to become Gwin Oaks Teacher of the Year for the 2009-2010 school year and in 2013 to be named Gwinnett County Media Specialist of the Year.
