2016 Mock Caldecott
Four classes are participating the Mock Caldecott this year, two third grade classes, Ms. Anderson and Mr. Sena and two second grade classes Ms. Stephenson and Ms. Bettler. They will be spending November and December listening to, evaluating, and discussing 15 picture books as part of the Gwin Oaks Mock Caldecott. This will coincide to help celebrate Picture Book Month. In addition the students will be connecting with pen pals in Maine, Massachusetts, and Florida.

2014 Mock Caldecott
Two second grade classes, Ms. Anderson and Mr. Sena will be spending November listening to, evaluating, and discussing 15 picture books as part of the Gwin Oaks Mock Caldecott and to celebrate Picture Book Month. Ms. Anderson's class will be connecting with Ms. Broderick's students in Waban, MA and Mr. Sena's class will connect with Ms. Potter's students in Falmouth, ME.
