The Miscalculations of Lightning Girl
4/5 stars
23/24 points

She became a genius. She had never been to school since she was eight. She also wanted to go to college but her nana said,” she had to go to middle school. While she was on the bus for the first day she made a friend, Windy. They had to do a project and became friends with Levi. “if you can survive lighting you can survive middle school…right?
The author used sad, exiting and lots of dialogue in the story to make it almost perfect. I think the math problems make her. She even wrote”3.1415962535897 and more” was very interesting. She also gave lots of color and numbers that have the same color too! The book is so good I always want to talk about it! The book had so many problem and they all were solved. The book mostly made sense.
The characters feel like you could actually jump into the book and you can see each one and know all about them. I could feel and see each one, Lucy, Levi and Windy.” She’s a pretty girl with long blond and blue eyes covered in black eye shadow”(p.27) was an example.
I gave this book 23/24 because some parts confused me and I couldn’t understand it, otherwise the book was great!
